What to expect
Your visit, start to finish
- Before. You complete a short online health assessment and we agree a time and place. If needed, a nurse reviews your assessment with you.
- On arrival. Your nurse sets up in the room you choose, answers questions, and places the line.
- During. You sit or lie comfortably. Most people read, work, or rest.
- After. Your nurse removes the line, checks how you are feeling, and leaves the space as they found it.
How long it takes. Most visits take about an hour from arrival to departure. NAD+ infusions are given more slowly and take longer, and we will let you know what to expect when you book.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be sick to book an infusion?
No. Most visits are for hydration, vitamins, or general wellness. Your online health assessment tells us if an infusion is not appropriate for you, and a nurse will talk it through with you if needed.
Who actually comes to my room?
A licensed local infusion nurse, working under physician direction. REVIVE does not use traveling contractors who are unfamiliar with the area.
How does the health assessment work?
After you book, you complete a short online intake form covering your health history and current medications, before your nurse comes out. If needed, a nurse will review your assessment with you.
Can my hotel or concierge book on my behalf?
Yes. Concierge staff can call (801) 895-3507 to arrange a visit for a guest. The guest still creates their own account and completes the online health assessment themselves.

How do I pay?

How far in advance should I book?
Appointments can be booked with as little as 4 hours’ notice. Infusions are scheduled between 8am and 7pm.
What if I need to cancel?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
