About

A nurse comes to you

REVIVE is a mobile infusion company based in Utah, with three service lines: concierge wellness infusions, surgical NAD+, and hydration for skilled nursing and long-term care.

Our story

How REVIVE started

REVIVE Clinical Solutions began with a simple idea: to bring personalized, high-quality healthcare directly to the people who need it, wherever they are.

We started developing REVIVE in 2025, with plans to launch a mobile concierge infusion service offering personalized wellness treatments in the comfort of clients’ homes, hotels, and other private spaces. As we explored opportunities to expand our vision, we became increasingly interested in serving skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, where timely access to medical care can make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

Our partnership with Dr. David Workman, a physician with extensive experience in post-acute care, helped bring that vision to life. Together, we developed a service focused on supporting skilled nursing facilities and their residents with accessible, responsive clinical care.

That collaboration also sparked another exciting opportunity: our surgical NAD+ program. Drawing on Dr. Workman’s clinical experience and our shared interest in improving the surgical recovery experience, we developed a personalized infusion service designed to support patients before and after major surgery, bringing care directly to their homes or other convenient locations.

Today, REVIVE is built around three complementary service lines: concierge wellness infusions, clinical services for skilled nursing facilities, and personalized NAD+ infusions for surgical recovery.

We are proud to build REVIVE in Utah, the state we call home and one we love for its people, communities, and incredible landscapes. Our team is passionate about creating thoughtful, patient-centered services that meet real needs and make quality care more accessible.

And we’re just getting started. We have many ideas we’re excited to explore as we grow, and we look forward to bringing new services and opportunities to the communities we serve.
